FOUNDER & DIRECTOR

Suzan Stub is the founder and managing director of Leadership Dialogue International. She moved from Copenhagen in 2006 to work in Europe and the Middle East with Egypt and Dubai as her base. As a business psychologist, Suzan’s core competence is helping executives develop and implement organisation’s strategic objectives through leadership and organisational development (OD). She works extensively with Leadership Development framework and numerous other tools and is a trusted advisor to many international executives and diplomats.

Suzan has worked internationally on large scale Leadership Development programmes for the last 14 years with focus on executive development through theory based facilitated experiential learning sessions and methodology.  Her international clients both as a senior associate of Mannaz (DK and International) and independently as director of Leadership Dialogue, include EIB (European Investment Bank), Danske Bank, Fujitsu Services (DK UK and SA), Scandinavian Tobacco, Danone, Leo Pharma, Egyptian Drilling Company, Suez Canal Container Terminal and Embassy of Denmark.

Suzan Stub holds a M.Sc. in Psychology from the University of Copenhagen, and is a Systemic Consultant from DISPUK (Danish Institution for Supervision, Personnel Development and Coaching Consulting). She also holds a certificate in Organisational Psychology with a focus on narrative and storytelling praxis. She is a Human Synergistics Inventory accredited consultant and a certified user of numerous personality and 360-degree feedback tools. She is an accredited member of the Danish Association of Psychologists.

ASSOCIATE CONSULTANTS

Dana, currently pursuing her Masters in Strategy, Organisation, and Leadership, serves as a part-time Associate Consultant at Leadership Dialogue. She brings a blend of global insight and fervour for strategic thinking, operational efficiency, and commercial acumen. With a multicultural background encompassing Dubai, London, and Copenhagen, she facilitates seamless cross-border communication and collaboration.

Her skills in organisational management and strategic planning, provide resilience necessary for support in the developmental field. She has a keen interest in the various nuanced facets of business, particularly in strategic analysis, organizational behavior, and structural dynamics, and brings a fresh curiosity and generational perspective to how human behavior influences organizational dynamics, and how these factors interact within the broader business environment.

SENIOR CONSULTANTS

Cinzia De Rossi has been working as an International Communication Expert for 12 years in leading global companies (LVMH, Danone, Philips and Galbani – Lactalis Group). Her corporate experience covers the domains of external and internal communication with a focus on public relations, media relations and crisis management. Cinzia has developed an extensive experience in dealing with relational complexity in organisations. She is an affluent global citizen with in-depth understanding of cultural issues and communication challenges within organisations.

Cinzia De Rossi coaches C-suite leaders in self-development journeys by integrating individual growth with personal branding strategies. She uses creative thinking and empathy combined with business orientation to support clients in embracing change and identifying concrete opportunities for long term personal growth. As a facilitator of organisational processes, she supports international people implementation and mindset change interventions based on reflective dialogues and co-creation.

Cinzia holds a M.A. in Political Science and Intenational Relations. She is a Graduate Studies Candidate of Clinical Psychology at The Sorbonne University in Paris and an ICF Accredited Coach.
