FOUNDER & DIRECTOR

Suzan Stub is the founder and managing director of Leadership Dialogue International. She moved from Copenhagen in 2006 to work in Europe and the Middle East with Egypt and Dubai as her base. As a business psychologist, Suzan’s core competence is helping executives develop and implement organisation’s strategic objectives through leadership and organisational development (OD). She works extensively with Leadership Development framework and numerous other tools and is a trusted advisor to many international executives and diplomats.

Suzan has worked internationally on large scale Leadership Development programmes for the last 14 years with focus on executive development through theory based facilitated experiential learning sessions and methodology.  Her international clients both as a senior associate of Mannaz (DK and International) and independently as director of Leadership Dialogue, include EIB (European Investment Bank), Danske Bank, Fujitsu Services (DK UK and SA), Scandinavian Tobacco, Danone, Leo Pharma, Egyptian Drilling Company, Suez Canal Container Terminal and Embassy of Denmark.

Suzan Stub holds a M.Sc. in Psychology from the University of Copenhagen, and is a Systemic Consultant from DISPUK (Danish Institution for Supervision, Personnel Development and Coaching Consulting). She also holds a certificate in Organisational Psychology with a focus on narrative and storytelling praxis. She is a Human Synergistics Inventory accredited consultant and a certified user of numerous personality and 360-degree feedback tools. She is an accredited member of the Danish Association of Psychologists.

CONSULTANT

Yomna Khedr works as a consultant at Leadership Dialogue. She earned her M.Sc. in Business Psychology from Heriot Watt University (U.K.). She has a certificate in Human Resources and Learning and Development and is a member of the U.K. Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development Association. She earned her BA in Business Administration with minor concentrations in Psychology and Economics from the American University in Cairo.

Yomna Khedr’s recent research was focused on expatriates’ job insecurity, stress and social support. She is passionate about organizational and human development, cultural change and coaching.

Having started her career in investment banking at Pharos for Financial Investments, Cairo and then five years with Bloomberg, Dubai, she links her organizational experience with business psychology and human development with a focus on enhancing the workplace and using sound methodological approaches in organizational development.

ASSOCIATED CONSULTANTS

Cinzia De Rossi has been working as an International Communication Expert for 12 years in leading global companies (LVMH, Danone, Philips and Galbani – Lactalis Group). Her corporate experience covers the domains of external and internal communication with a focus on public relations, media relations and crisis management. Cinzia has developed an extensive experience in dealing with relational complexity in organisations. She is an affluent global citizen with in-depth understanding of cultural issues and communication challenges within organisations.

Cinzia De Rossi coaches C-suite leaders in self-development journeys by integrating individual growth with personal branding strategies. She uses creative thinking and empathy combined with business orientation to support clients in embracing change and identifying concrete opportunities for long term personal growth. As a facilitator of organisational processes, she supports international people implementation and mindset change interventions based on reflective dialogues and co-creation.

Cinzia holds a M.A. in Political Science and Intenational Relations. She is a Graduate Studies Candidate of Clinical Psychology at The Sorbonne University in Paris and an ICF Accredited Coach.

Mette Amtoft holds a MSc in Psychology from The University of Copenhagen in 1987 and is among the most experienced of organizational psychologists in Denmark. Mette founded her own company Amtoft Organizational Psychology in 1991. She has worked in this area throughout her career and is well-known in consultancy services in the Danish private business sector. She has delivered consultancy services for private businesses, public sector organizations and volunteer organizations within the areas of organisational development, executive coaching, project management development and training and education of consultants and managers.

Skip Bowman is an Organizational Psychologist focusing on leadership, team and organizational development in global enterprises. He is the founder and managing director at Global Mindset, a global consultant company based in Copenhagen.

Skip trains and coaches senior leaders and their teams in how to achieve transformations in business and culture through principles of “contagious change”: rapid, effective and sustainable change that is positive and self-catalyzing. His success builds on a combination of creating a powerful vision, designing creative concepts customized to the client, and fun to learn and use, as well as an ability to bring stakeholders from across the organization together in a strong coalition for change.

Skip Bowman has training commitments in Europe, North America, and has worked with Leadership Dialogue on projects in Africa and the Middle East. He has a Master in Organizational Psychology (Denmark) and completed additional training in cross-cultural management, group dynamics, coaching, and cultural change. He is accredited in a number of test and development tools, e.g., Hogan, MBTI, FIRO-B, DISC, and is an experienced practitioner with Human Synergistic’s tools.

Birgit Jung is an established Business Psychologist whose distinctive approach is to develop organizations and their leaders from a human-centric perspective. As a leadership expert, Birgit designs and implements in-depth leadership development programs to support key organizational business challenges, strategy implementation and future innovative steps. Her interventions also cover the initiation and work with customer-centricity agendas: how to support organizations and leaders today in reaching a deeper understanding of their core customers, translate this knowledge into an outside-in view and capitalize on it to strengthen their organizational and leadership development processes.

Birgit operates internationally as a Leadership Consultant and Executive Coach (Denmark, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Great Britain and Luxembourg). Her expertise is primarily requested on individual leadership development processes and on leadership development initiatives and training programs both in the public and private sector.

In her career, Birgit has covered various leading positions. She was a former VP in Mannaz A/S, a Danish international leadership development consultancy and a valuable member of the specialist team in the Danish Broadcast DR2 program ‘Mission Leadership’. Birgit has also co-authored the book ‘Mission Leadership’ and has initiated and participated into the editorial board of the journal Business Psychology for 12 years.

Birgit holds a Master of Science in Organizational Psychology from the University of Copenhagen, a CBA from AVT Business School Copenhagen, and is certified in Hogan Personality Assessments, Human Synergistics’ Integrated Diagnostic tools, MBTI and CPI. She is Danish and has lived in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Delhi, Bangkok, Tokyo, Germany, USA Alaska and Seattle.

With over 20 years in an academic and intellectually robust environment as tutor, lecturer and Assistant Professor in psychology in the Technical University in Berlin, Bertolt has also worked internationally since 1990 developing and implementing global and senior leadership programmes in Fortune 500 companies. He is recognised as a top-level executive coach, lead facilitator and expert in organisational development, change management and inter-cultural management. His expertise in the translation of business and organisational challenges into adequate Leadership solutions is described by his client’s as one of Bertolt’s core competencies. In other words, his ability to bring to meaningful life, ways in which business leaders can achieve their objectives.

Bertolt has more than 20 years experience in consulting, across all industries, regions and cultures of the world, which makes him one of the most experienced global player. His main focus has been supporting leading international organisations, often over many years. Examples include Alcatel-Lucent, Johnson & Johnson and Gillette (P&G).
Bertolt holds a PHD in Industrial and Organisational Psychology from the Technical University of Berlin.
